Nirvana Shop processes your order as soon as your payment is received. How long that takes depends on which payment method you have selected.
Cancel an order
Please send an email as soon as you get the chance to firstname.lastname@example.org and put CANCEL ORDER in the subject. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Can I change my order?
You can only change your order if the price of the newly chosen product is the same as the price of the old product. Please send an email as soon as you get the chance to email@example.com and put CHANGE ORDER in the subject. We will process your request as soon as we can. This only applies if your package has not yet been shipped.
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. To view the current status of your order, log in with your email address and password. You can then check the status of your order on your Account page.
I can't log in
It is not possible to log in to the USA Nirvana Shop website with a non-USA account. If you don't have a USA account yet, Simply create a new account.
You can find you order number in the confirmation email or on your Account page.
Did you cancel my order?
All unpaid and/or duplicate orders will be deleted automatically after a period of time.
